360 Challenge
The 360 Challenge Series is the racing version of the 360 Modena. It was designed for the customer who wants to experience the unique thrill of a true Ferrari race car in real competition. Just like the Challenge Series of its predecessor the F355, the Modena has proven to be exceptionally popular among Ferrari enthusiasts.
For the Challenge automobile, Ferrari utilized the body and chassis of the Modena. Few changes were made to the body, components, or suspension. The car was lowered for greater aerodynamics.
All creature comforts were removed to reduce the weight even more. The automobile was then equipped with racing safety features, such as: full roll cage, fuel cells, fire suppression systems, larger brakes, and minor suspension modifications to accommodate full race tires.
Overall, the car is credited with excellent performance on the track in handling, braking, and power, making it another Ferrari success story.
